基 金:高性能大型金属构件高效高精度增材制造与应用示范。
摘 要:采用等离子弧增材工艺制备了成形良好的贝氏体钢构件,研究了其力学性能和微观组织.结果表明,增材构件的微观组织主要由板条状贝氏体、粒状贝氏体和少量奥氏体组成.增材构件组织和力学性能存在局部差异:顶部组织晶粒比较粗大,主要由板条状贝氏体和奥氏体组成,显微硬度平均值约为365 HV;底部区域组织晶粒比较细小,多为粒状贝氏体,显微硬度平均值约为384 HV;构件整体平均冲击韧性为145 J/cm^(2),平均拉伸强度和断后伸长率分别可以达到955 MPa和11.7%,其中x方向的拉伸强度为945 MPa,略小于y方向的抗拉强度(963 MPa)和z方向的抗拉强度(958 MPa),说明构件抗拉强度不存在明显的各向异性,断口为韧性断裂.创新点:(1)利用贝氏体钢药芯焊丝等离子弧增材复杂结构件.(2)分析十字交叉路径下的构件微观组织和力学性能.(3)阐明等离子弧增材贝氏体钢相较于其它电弧增材优缺点.The mechanical properties and microstructure of well-formed bainite steel members were studied using a plasma arc additive process.The results show that the microstructure of the additive component mainly comprised strip bainite,granular bainite,and a small amount of austenite.There were local differences in the microstructure and mechanical properties of the additive members.The microstructure at the top of the structure was mostly coarse grains,mainly composed of strip bainite and austenite,with an average microhardness of about 365 HV.The grain at the bottom was fine,mostly granular bainite,with an average microhardness of about 384 HV.The average impact toughness of the whole component was 145 J/cm^(2),and the average tensile strength and elongation reached 955 MPa and 11.7%,respectively.The tensile strength in the x direction was 945 MPa,slightly lower than that in the y direction(963 MPa)and z direction(958 MPa).This showed no obvious anisotropy in tensile strength,and fracture was ductile.Highlights:(1)Use of bainitic steel flux-cored welding wire plasma arc additive complex structural parts.(2)Analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of the components under the cross paths.(3)The advantages and disadvantages of plasma arc additive bainite steel compared with other arc additive are expounded.
