摘 要:地应力是诱发煤矿安全生产事故的主要因素,亟需准确测量并掌握矿井地应力的分布特征。以桑树坪煤矿南一采区为例,介绍了应力解除法测量地应力基本原理以及测试过程——利用煤岩的发生膨胀变形特点,通过地质钻孔、安装空心包体、应力测试等步骤对矿区的2个测点进行了应力测试。测试结果表明,2个测点主应力的方向基本相同,最大主应力方位角均接近110°,且均接近于水平方向;水平主应力为垂直应力的1.07~3.39倍,说明水平应力对巷道掘进的影响具有明显的作用。采用巷道轴向与最大水平主应力平行布置方式,有利于巷道顶底板的稳定。该研究成果有助于优化桑树坪矿井等同类矿区采掘布置,达到矿井的突出危险性防治的目的,为后续矿井布置及安全开采提供借鉴。Crustal stress is the main factor inducing coal mine safety production accidents,and it is urgent to accurately measure and master the distribution characteristics of crustal stress in mines.Taking south No.1 mining area of Sangshuping Coal Mine as an example,the basic principle of stress resolution method for measuring crustal stress and the test process:By utilizing the characteristics of coal rock expansion and deformation,stress tests were conducted on two measuring points in the mining area through geological drilling hole,installation of hollow inclusions,and stress testing.The test results show that the direction of the principal stress at the two measuring points is basically the same,and the maximum principal stress azimuth angle is close to 110 degrees,and both are close to the horizontal direction;Horizontal principal stress is 1.07~3.39 times of vertical stress,which indicates that horizontal stress has obvious influence on roadway excavation.Adopting a parallel arrangement between the axial direction of the roadway and the maximum horizontal principal stress is beneficial for the stability of the roof and floor of the roadway.The research results are helpful to optimize the mining layout of Sangshuping Coal Mine and other similar mining areas,to achieve the purpose of mine outburst risk prevention and control,and provide reference for subsequent mine layout and safe mining.
