摘  要:禾草沟煤矿50113工作面为501盘区东翼两侧跳采所形成的孤岛工作面,煤岩体应力集中程度较高,上覆100 m范围内顶板岩层存在多层厚度较大的砂岩顶板,其破断运动有可能诱发冲击地压。根据50113工作面两侧采空区地面坍塌情况,该工作面顶板有可能形成短臂“T”覆岩结构,工作面开采时矿压显现较为剧烈,冲击危险性较大。通过综合指数评价、多因素耦合评价确定了孤岛工作面开采冲击危险程度,提出了区域与局部相结合的冲击危险监测方法,同时结合矿井实际,提出利用顶板定向水力致裂对上覆坚硬顶板进行弱化的方法。针对预卸压后的应力异常区,采取大直径钻孔、煤体爆破进行补强卸压,确保了孤岛工作面安全开采。The 50113 working face of Hecaogou Coal Mine is an island working face formed by the skip-mining on both sides of the east wing of the 501 panel.The stress concentration of the coal and rock mass is relatively high,and there are multiple layers of thick sandstone roof within the 100 m range of the overlying roof rock layer,which may induce rock burst due to its fracture movement.According to the ground collapse situation of the goaf on both sides of the 50113 working face,the roof of the working face may form a short arm“T”overlying rock structure.During the mining of the working face,the rock pressure is more severe and the risk of impact is high.Through comprehensive index evaluation and multi factor coupling evaluation,the degree of impact risk in island working face mining was determined.A regional and local impact risk monitoring method was proposed,and combined with the actual situation of the mine,the use of directional hydraulic fracturing of the roof to weaken the overlying hard roof was proposed.In response to the stress anomaly region after pre pressure relief,large diameter drilling hole and coal blasting were adopted to reinforce and pressure relief,ensuring the safe mining of the island working face.
