大倾角综放工作面支架倾倒及稳架措施

摘　　要：下沟煤矿ZF204工作面为大倾角综放工作面,工作面推进过程中由于顶板破碎,13#~30#支架下滑倾倒、造成相邻支架挤咬、支架底座上翘、支架尾部下摆、架前、架间漏煤严重等现象,导致工作面支架拉移困难,工作面近乎瘫痪。通过现场勘查和查阅资料,分析大倾角工作面液压支架倾倒的影响因素,采取工作面预注马丽散加固顶板、完善支架防倒防滑装置、架前挂网防止破碎顶煤抽冒和工作面动态调架再稳综合措施,顺利通过顶板破碎带,使得倾倒支架全部进入实体煤并达到自稳。该技术方案为预防大倾角综放工作面支架倾倒及再稳定积累了经验。The ZF204 working face of Xiagou Coal Mine is a fully mechanized caving face with large dip angle,in the process of advancing the working face,due to the broken roof,13#~30# support sliding and toppling,resulting in the squeezing and biting of adjacent supports,the warping of support base,the swing of support tail,serious coal leakage in front of and between supports,it is difficult to pull the hydraulic support of the working face and the working face is almost paralyzed.Through on-site investigation and data review,the influencing factors of hydraulic support toppling on the working face with large dip angle are analyzed,and the working face is pre-injected with Marisan to strengthen the roof,improving anti-falling and anti-skid devices for supports,hanging nets in front of supports to prevent the broken top coal from pumping collapse,and dynamic adjustment and restabilization measures of the working face,which successfully passed the zone with fractured roof,and made all the toppling supports enter the entity coal and achieve self-stabilization.This technical scheme has accumulated experience for preventing the toppling of supports and the restabilization in fully mechanized caving face with large dip angle.
