摘  要:由于新安煤矿主井经过含水层以及施工过程中存在井壁淋水现象,为防止主井局部出现井壁破裂导致淋水问题进一步加剧给矿井带来更大的安全隐患,通过分析主井井壁淋水原因及特征,对注浆孔布置、注浆压力、钻孔施工进行了设计。施工流程按照钻孔施工、注浆施工、井圈加固进行施工,并对注浆施工过程中的注浆材料选择、注浆顺序及方法进行了确定。现场实践结果表明,注浆方法选择跳孔对称进行注浆,且由于注浆压力及注浆量的影响,注浆方式分为水泥注浆、化学注浆以及水泥-水玻璃相结合注浆方式,可以保证注浆过程的安全有效;采用“导水—塞缝—注浆”的总体治理方案能够有效封堵井壁淋水。该治理方案安全高效,对解决新安煤矿施工过程的井壁淋水现象以及降低矿井施工安全风险具有重要意义。Because the main shaft of Xin’an Coal Mine passes through the aquifer and there is water drenching on the shaft wall during the construction process,in order to prevent the local wall rupture of the main shaft from further aggravating the water drenching problem and bring greater safety hazards to the mine.By analyzing the reasons and characteristics of the main shaft wall,the layout of grouting holes,grouting pressure and drilling construction are designed.The construction process is carried out according to drilling construction,grouting construction,and well ring reinforcement.The selection of grouting materials,grouting sequence,and methods during the grouting construction process are determined.The field practice results show that the grouting method is to choose symmetrical grouting by jumping holes,and due to the impact of grouting pressure and grouting amount,the grouting methods are divided into cement grouting,chemical grouting,and cement-water glass combined grouting methods,which can ensure the safety and effectiveness of the grouting process.The overall treatment scheme of“water diversion-joint plugging-grouting”can effectively block the water drenching on the shaft wall.This treatment scheme is safe and efficient,and has important significance for solving the phenomenon of water drenching on the shaft wall during the construction process of Xin’an Coal Mine and reducing the safety risks of mine construction.
