双臂液压钻车在巷道高效支护中的应用

摘　　要：王坡煤矿以往巷道顶锚杆(锚索)支护都采用气动MQY-120钻机,巷帮采用气动ZQS-50钻机,循环作业中支护耗时占比较大,制约采区巷道的掘进速度。为实现快速掘进,全液压锚杆锚索钻车被王坡煤矿逐步推广,CMM2-15型液压钻车在3312运输顺槽支护作业中实现顶帮平行作业、快速主动临时支护,采用钻车支护后施工锚杆(锚索)孔耗时平均降低约50%,提高了施工现场的施工安全系数,降低了劳动强度,满足巷道高效快速掘进的要求。In the past,pneumatic MQY-120 drilling rig was used for roadway top anchor bolt(anchor cable)support in Wangpo Coal Mine,and pneumatic ZQS-50 drill rig was used for roadway side.The support time took up a large proportion in cyclic operation,which restricted the driving speed of roadway in mining area.In order to realize rapid driving,the full hydraulic anchor bolt and cable drill rig has been gradually popularized by Wangpo Coal Mine.CMM2-15 hydraulic drill rig realizes the top slope parallel operation and rapid active temporary support in the 3312 transportation roadway support operation.After the drill rig support is adopted,the construction time of anchor bolt(anchor cable)hole is reduced by about 50%on average,which improves the construction safety factor of the construction site,reduces the labor intensity,and meets the requirements of efficient and rapid roadway excavation.
