摘 要:随着大佛寺矿井原煤煤质性状逐渐变差,现有的块状煤动筛排矸工艺设备已经完全不能有效满足目前矿井对生产装备和产品市场发展的需求。现有块煤分选采用动筛跳汰排矸工艺进行分选,由于精度低,导致精煤产率降低,矸石带煤较多。除此之外,动筛跳汰机设备过早老化,间接造成产生了后期维护运行费用很高,维护作业量偏大等各种问题,直接影响着正常稳定生产,也造成了块精煤质量不理想等情况。因此,结合现有块煤分选工艺现状,给工艺改进和提升提出了更高标准、更细致化的要求。本文系统介绍运用了世界先进技术水平的重介浅槽分选机处理的块煤排矸技术,通过综合利用块煤粒径和煤矸石密度方面的天然差别,能够确保在处于相对的静止状态(非脉动水流)时的重介悬浮液体中能够自然分层的原理从而完成高效分选任务,以求达到提高分选效率、提升分选精度的目标。目前,该项目已完成初步设计,计划2023年正式投入建设并于同年投入使用。With the gradual deterioration of raw coal properties in Dafosi Coal Mine,the existing lump coal moving screen for gangue discharge process equipment can no longer effectively meet the current demand for production equipment and product market development in the mine.The existing lump coal separation uses a moving screen for gangue discharge process for separation.Due to low accuracy,the yield of clean coal is reduced,and there are more gangue with coal.In addition,the premature aging of the movable sieve jig equipment has indirectly caused various problems such as high maintenance and operation costs in the later stage,and excessive maintenance work,which directly affects normal and stable production,and also leads to poor quality of lump clean coal.Therefore,combining the current status of lump coal separation processes,higher standards and more detailed requirements are proposed for process improvement and upgrading.This paper systematically introduces the technology of lump coal waste removal using the world’s advanced technology level heavy medium shallow trough separator.By comprehensively utilizing the natural differences in lump coal particle size and coal gangue density,the principle of ensuring natural stratification in the heavy medium suspended liquid in a relatively static state(non pulsating water flow)can be achieved to achieve efficient separation tasks,in order to achieve the goal of improving separation efficiency and improving separation accuracy.Currently,the preliminary design of the project has been completed,and it is planned to officially put into construction in 2023 and put into use in the same year.
