摘  要:将EPEG大单体与丙烯酸通过常温自由基溶液共聚得到EPEG减水型聚羧酸减水剂。研究了酸醚比、滴加时间、巯基丙酸用量、引发剂用量、还原剂用量、催化剂用量以及聚合反应温度对其性能的影响。聚合反应温度为20℃、滴加时间为30 min、酸醚比为3.7∶1、双氧水用量为0.7%(相对于大单体)、还原剂用量为0.25%(相对于大单体)、催化剂用量为2.5%(相对于大单体)、巯基丙酸用量为0.3%(相对于大单体)时,制备得到的减水剂对水泥分散与保坍性能最佳,应用于混凝土后,混凝土的和易性好、流速快、排空时间短。The high water reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer was obtained by free radical solution copolymerization,using EPEG polyethylene glycol and acrylic acid.The effects of acid ether ratio,drop time,mercaptopropionic acid,initiator,reductant,catalyst dosage and reaction temperature on its properties were studied.The results showed that when the polymerization reaction temperature was 20℃,the drop time was 30 min,the ratio of acid to ether was 3.7∶1,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide,reducing agent,catalyst and mercaptopropionic acid were 0.7%,0.25%,2.5%and 0.3%respectively,the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was of good dispersing properties and slump retention property for cement.If applied to concrete,the cement has good workability,fast flow rate and short emptying time.
