摘 要:采用超音速火焰喷涂(high-velocity oxygen fuel, HVOF)方法在GH4169表面制备CoNiCrAlY封严涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层的微观形貌和物相成分。采用涂层结合强度拉伸试验和分离式霍普金森压杆试验测试了涂层的结合强度和动态力学性能。结果表明:HVOF制备的涂层较为致密,孔隙率为0.58%,涂层的结合强度大于59 MPa。显微硬度为HV 438.6,动态硬度为HV 481.6,较静态硬度提高了9.8%。在应变率为2253 s^(-1)左右时,试样发生断裂,动态压缩断裂强度为1925 MPa,涂层表现出一定的应变率强化效应。随着应变率的增加,涂层呈现不同的破损结果,主要有塑性变形、脆性剥离和剪切断裂且伴有黏着特性的破碎。With the development of aviation industry,the requirements of aeroengine design and manufacture have also been continu⁃ously improved.Manyresearches have shown that the abradable seal coating can effectively avoid the blade wear of aircraft engines,and can maintain a minimum air gap to increase engine power and reduce engine fuel consumption.MCrAlY(M=Ni,Co,NiCo)alloys have been widely used in the high-temperature seal field because of its high plasticity,high temperature strength,high bonding strength and excellent anti-oxidation properties.In the practical application,the seal coating not only resists the erosion of external par⁃ticles and gases,but also bears the blade scraping at high temperature and high speed.This process is essentially a dynamic mechani⁃cal behavior of the material under dynamic load.At present,researches of MCrAlY seal coating mainly focused on friction and wear mechanism,composition design and preparation process selection.However,the mechanical behavior of the seal coating under dynam⁃ic load was reported rarely.Therefore,it was worth investigating the mechanical properties of MCrAlY seal coating under dynamic load to extend its service life and optimize its composition.In this paper,CoNiCrAlY coating was prepared on the surface of GH4169 alloy by high-velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF),and its microstructure and dynamic mechanical properties were investigated.The microstruc⁃ture of CoNiCrAlY coating was systematically analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).Meanwhile,the bonding strength and dynamic mechanical properties of the coating were tested by the tensile test and split Hopkinson pression bar test(SHPB),respectively.In addition,the porosity of the coating was calculated by scan⁃ning electronic image method.SEM results showed that the thickness of the coating was about 1.85mm.The coating was uniform and dense,and it was well combined with the substrate.The coating was a typical layered structure composed of d
