摘 要:【目的】由于滑动轴承结构制造精度的限制和运行环境的变化,制造误差及运行磨损误差会对油膜连续性状态产生显著影响,进而影响滑动轴承工程性能,研究具体的影响机制对提升农用机械的工作精度具有重要作用。【方法】课题组利用无限短轴承模型假设建立误差滑动轴承模型,采用分形理论分离误差曲面各阶弦波特征,在频域范围内重构建立三维误差模型。根据含有制造误差的Reynolds方程表达式近似解析计算油膜特性,研究了制造误差对油膜厚度、油膜压力和承载力的影响。【结果】1)在误差轴颈运行位置角变化范围内,油膜厚度在油膜压力较大值时会产生明显波动,并呈周期性变化;2)当偏心率从0.1变化到0.5时,带有误差的油膜压力相较于理想轮廓轴承在运行时间范围内会产生较大的压力波动变化。同时,随着偏心率的增大,压力幅值变化增大。【结论】制造误差对油膜压力波动和方向承载力影响较大,可以根据实验结果进行相应调整,降低误差影响,保持滑动轴承的工程性能。[Objective]Due to the limitations of manufacturing accuracy of sliding bearing structures and changes in operating environment,manufacturing errors and operational wear errors will have a significant impact on the continuity of oil film,thereby affecting the engineering performance of sliding bearings.Studying the specific impact mechanism is of great importance in improving the working accuracy of agricultural machinery.[Method]The research group established an error sliding bearing model using the assumption of an infinitely short bearing model.Fractal theory was used to separate the chord wave characteristics of the error surface,and a three-dimensional error model was reconstructed within the frequency domain.Based on the Reynolds equation expression containing manufacturing errors,the oil film characteristics were approximately analyzed and calculated,and the effects of manufacturing errors on oil film thickness,oil film pressure,and bearing capacity were studied.[Result]1)Within the range of error journal operating position angle,the oil film thickness fluctuates significantly and shows periodic changes when the oil film pressure is high.2)When the eccentricity changes from 0.1 to 0.5,the oil film pressure with errors will produce larger pressure fluctuations compared with the ideal contour bearing in the operating time range.At the same time,with the increase of eccentricity,the change of pressure amplitude increases.[Conclusion]Manufacturing errors have a significant impact on oil film pressure fluctuations and directional bearing capacity.Corresponding adjustments can be made based on experimental results to reduce the impact of errors and maintain the engineering performance of sliding bearings.
