摘 要:【目的】步进电机具有定位精度高、无累计误差、易于开环控制等优点,但其实际运动与定位过程中易存在速度扰动的现象,需要加强对步进电机驱动控制的研究。【方法】研究团队设计了一款基于FPGA的步进电机驱动控制系统,详细分析了系统硬件设计和系统软件设计。整个控制系统由相应的主控制器、Netzer编码器、TMC5130驱动芯片电路等组成,通过各模块共同调节实现TMC5130驱动芯片驱动步进电机,实现了步进电机的开环控制和定位控制的应用,并且验证了该驱动芯片具有良好的运动特性。【结果】相较于其他芯片,该驱动芯片适用于具有高精度定位、静音运动控制系统的场合;基于FPGA的步进电机驱动控制系统抗干扰能力和稳定性较高,性能良好,适用于多个领域。[Objective]Stepper motors have the advantages of high positioning accuracy,no cumulative error and easy openloop control,but they are prone to speed disturbances during their movement and positioning,which requires strengthening the research on stepper motor drive control.[Method]The research team has designed an FPGA-based stepper motor drive control system and analysed the system hardware design and system software design in detail.The whole control system is composed of the corresponding main controller,Netzer encoder,TMC5130 driver chip circuit,etc.The TMC5130 driver chip drives the stepper motor through the common adjustment of modules,which realizes the application of open-loop control and positioning control of the stepper motor,and verifies that the driver chip has good motion characteristics.[Result]Compared with other chips,this driver chip is suitable for applications with high precision positioning and silent motion control systems.The FPGA-based stepper motor drive control system has high anti-interference capability and stability,good performance and is suitable for a variety of fields.
