摘 要:目的探讨家庭赋权结合基于霍桑效应理论的个性化护理干预对斜视患儿照顾者应对方式及心理弹性的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1月—2021年12月于北京大学第三医院接受手术治疗的100例长期斜视患儿及其父母为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各50例患儿及其父母。对照组予以常规家庭赋权干预,研究组予以家庭赋权结合基于霍桑效应理论的个性化护理干预,比较干预前及干预3个月后两组患儿父母的应对方式量表(CHIP)评分及心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分。结果干预3个月后,研究组患儿父母CHIP各维度评分以及CD-RISC各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权结合基于霍桑效应理论的个性化护理干预可促使斜视患儿父母采取积极的应对方式处理照护问题,提高患儿父母的心理弹性水平。Objective To explore the effect of family empowerment combined with individualized nursing intervention based on Hawthorne effect theory on the coping style and psychological resilience of caregivers for children with strabismus.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,convenience sampling was used to select the parents of 100 long-term strabismus children with surgery and their parents in the Peking University Third Hospital as the study subject.The parents were divided into a research group 50 children and their parents and a control group 50 children and their parents according to the random number table method.The control group received routine family empowerment intervention,while the research group received family empowerment combined with individualized nursing intervention based on Hawthorne effect theory.The scores of the Coping Health Inventory for Parents(CHIP)and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were compared between the two groups before and after three months the intervention.Results After three months of intervention,the CHIP scores and CD-RISC scores of parents in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistical(P<0.05).Conclusions Family empowerment combined with individualized nursing intervention based on Hawthorne effect theory can promote parents of children with strabismus to adopt positive coping styles to handle care problems and improve their psychological resilience.
