摘 要:探索了多金属氧酸盐(POM)-胆固醇杂化物在自组装过程中的超分子结构与超声时间之间的关系。利用POM与胆固醇之间的协同效应,通过酰胺化反应构建了胆固醇-POM-胆固醇分子结构的杂化物,考察了超声时间对POM-胆固醇杂化物在甲苯中自组装过程的影响。利用TEM和AFM对杂化物自组装形成的超分子结构进行了表征,结果表明,随着超声时间的延长,POM-胆固醇杂化物的组装行为表现出从棒状结构向网络状结构的转变;FT-IR分析结果表明,氢键不是杂化物组装过程中的主要驱动力。在分子水平上解释了超声时间对POM-胆固醇杂化物自组装行为的影响。The relationship between supramolecular structure and ultrasound time is explored in the self-assembly process of polyoxometalate(POM)-cholesterol hybrid.A hybrid with a cholesterol-POM-cholesterol molecular structure is constructed through amidation reaction by means of the synergistic effects between POM and cholesterols.The effects of ultrasound time on the self-assembly process of POM-cholesterol hybrid in toluene are studied.The supramolecular structures formed by the assemblies of POM-cholesterol hybrid are characterized by means of transmission electron microscope(TEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM).It is shown through characterization that the self-assembly behaviors of POM-cholesterol hybrid exhibits a transition from rod-like structures to network-like structures with the extension of ultrasound time.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)results suggest that hydrogen bond is not the main driving force in the self-assembly process of POM-cholesterol hybrid.The effect of ultrasound time on the self-assembly behaviors of POM-cholesterol hybrid is explained at molecular level.
