阿昔洛韦联合喜炎平治疗麻疹的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的 分析阿昔洛韦联合喜炎平治疗麻疹的疗效。方法 76例麻疹患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组38例。对照组患者采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加喜炎平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、丘疹消失时间、红斑消失时间、体温恢复时间、咽喉肿痛消失时间及治疗前后症状积分、生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,两组症状积分均低于本组治疗前,生活质量评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组症状积分(0.23±0.02)分低于对照组的(1.22±0.12)分,生活质量评分(92.14±4.38)分高于对照组的(83.23±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率100.00%(38/38)高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组丘疹消失时间(4.45±0.34)d、红斑消失时间(4.45±0.34)d、体温恢复时间(2.45±0.35)d、咽喉肿痛消失时间(3.41±0.25)d均短于对照组的(6.45±0.34)、(6.56±0.46)、(3.57±0.38)、(4.57±0.78)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿昔洛韦联合喜炎平治疗麻疹的效果确切,可改善患者症状和生活质量,缩短各项症状改的善时间,值得推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of acyclovir combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of measles.Methods A total of 76 patients with measles were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir,and the observation group was treated with Xiyanping on the basis of control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,disappearance time of papules,the disappearance time of erythema,the recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of sore throat,and the symptom score,symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom score in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and quality of life score was higher than that before treatment in this group;the symptom score of(0.23±0.02)points in the observation group was lower than that of(1.22±0.12)points in the control group;the quality of life score of(92.14±4.38)points in the observation group was higher than that of(83.23±4.12)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(38/38),which was higher than that of 78.95%(30/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had disappearance time of papules of(4.45±0.34)d,the disappearance time of erythema of(4.45±0.34)d,the recovery time of body temperature of(2.45±0.35)d,the disappearance time of sore throat of(3.41±0.25)d,which were shorter than those of(6.45±0.34),(6.56±0.46),(3.57±0.38),(4.57±0.78)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acyclovir combined with Xiyanping is effective in the treatment of measles,which can improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients,shorten th
