果酸换肤联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的效果探究

摘　　要：目的 探究黄褐斑应用果酸换肤联合氨甲环酸治疗的临床效果。方法 80例黄褐斑患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组应用氨甲环酸治疗,观察组应用氨甲环酸联合果酸换肤治疗。比较两组皮损情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组皮损评分(2.41±0.53)分低于对照组的(3.08±1.02)分,皮肤角质层含水量(45.64±4.96)%高于对照组的(42.88±4.85)%,经表皮水分流失量(8.04±1.97)g/(h·m^(2))低于对照组的(10.16±2.39)g/(h·m^(2)),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 黄褐斑应用果酸换肤联合氨甲环酸治疗对于改善患者皮损严重程度具有积极意义,具有理想效果、较高的安全性以及可行性,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glycolic peeling combined with tranexamic acid on chloasma.Methods A total of 80 patients with chloasma were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tranexamic acid,and the observation group was treated with tranexamic acid and glycolic peeling.The skin lesions,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The skin lesion score of(2.41±0.53)points in the observation group was lower than that of(3.08±1.02)points in the control group;the water content of skin stratum corneum of(45.64±4.96)%in the observation group was higher than that of(42.88±4.85)%in the control group;the transepidermal water loss of(8.04±1.97)g/(h·m^(2))in the observation group was lower than that of(10.16±2.39)g/(h·m^(2))in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.50%in the observation group was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of glycolic peeling and tranexamic acid during the treatment of chloasma has positive significance.It has ideal effect,high safety and feasibility,and is worthy of reference and promotion.
