常规西药对症治疗结合益气活血化痰汤治疗尘肺病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨常规西药对症治疗结合益气活血化痰汤治疗尘肺病的效果。方法 80例尘肺病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气活血化痰汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的肺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最大呼气流量(PEF)(315.7±42.5)L/min、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)(66.3±7.9)%、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)(72.9±5.5)%均高于对照组的(282.5±46.3)L/min、(61.7±7.8)%、(67.8±4.8)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 常规西药对症治疗结合益气活血化痰汤治疗尘肺病疗效确切,可提升患者肺功能。Objective To discuss the effect of conventional symptomatic treatment of western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan decoction in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with pneumoconiosis were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pumonary function before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had percentage of peak expiratory flow(PEF)of(315.7±42.5)L/min,forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of the predicted value(FEV1%)of(66.3±7.9)%and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity of(72.9±5.5)%,which were higher than those of(282.5±46.3)L/min,(61.7±7.8)%and(67.8±4.8)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional symptomatic treatment of western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan decoction has definite efficacy in the treatment of pneumoconiosis,and can improve the pulmonary function of patients.
