摘　　要：本文对因ABO正反定型不符发现的抗体进行抗体筛选,并用进口谱细胞进行抗体鉴定。检测出孕妇血清中有抗体,进一步鉴定为抗-K抗体。经研究结果证实虽然我国人群中K抗原的频率低,但抗-K也有存在的可能,必须加以重视,配备进口血清和进口谱细胞。In this paper,antibodies found to be inconsistent with forward and reverse ABO typing are screened and identified using imported panel cells.Antibodies has been detected in the sera of pregnant women and are further identified as anti-K antibodies.The results of the study confirmed that although the frequency of K antigen in Chinese population is very low,there is a possibility of the presence of anti-K,which must be taken into account and equipped with imported sera and panel cells.
