急性支气管炎患儿家庭抵抗力水平及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探究急性支气管炎患儿家庭抵抗力水平及其相关影响因素。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年7月莆田学院附属医院儿科收治的80例急性支气管炎患儿,采用家庭坚韧性量表(FHI)评估患儿家庭抵抗力水平,并收集相关资料,比较不同特征急性支气管炎患儿FHI评分,分析患儿家庭抵抗力水平的相关影响因素。结果:80例患儿FHI评分为(62.42±6.23)分,家庭抵抗力处于中等水平。不同照护家长、家长受教育程度、家庭月收入、反刍性沉思、父母应对方式的急性支气管炎患儿FHI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、独生子女、家长工作状况的急性支气管炎患儿FHI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析显示,母亲照护、家长受教育程度为高中及以下、家庭月收入<5 000元、侵入性反刍性沉思、父母消极应对是急性支气管炎患儿家庭抵抗力较低的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:急性支气管炎患儿家庭抵抗力为中等水平,其家庭抵抗力不高与母亲照护、家长受教育程度较低、家庭月收入较低、侵入性反刍性沉思、父母消极应对有关。Objective:To explore the family resistance of children with acute bronchitis and its related influencing factors.Method:A total of 80 children with acute bronchitis admitted to Paediatrics Department of Putian University Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to July 2022 were selected,and their family resistance were evaluated by the family resilience inventory(FHI),the relevant data was collected,the FHI scores of children with acute bronchitis of different characteristics were compared,and the relevant influencing factors of their family resistance were analyzed.Result:The FHI score of 80 children was(62.42±6.23)points,and the family resistance was in the middle level.There were statistically significant differences of FHI scores of children with acute bronchitis in caregivers,educational level of parents,monthly family income,rumination meditation,response style of parents(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FHI scores of acute bronchitis in children with different gender,age,only child and parents'working conditions(P>0.05).The linear regression analysis showed that the risk factors for the lower family resistance of children with acute bronchitis were the mothers'care,the parents'education level of high school and below,the monthly family income of less than 5000 yuan,invasive ruminant meditation,and the parents'negative response(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family resistance of children with acute bronchitis is at the middle level.The low family resistance is related to the mothers'care,the parents'lower education level,the lower monthly family income,invasive ruminant meditation,and the parents'negative response.
