基于互联网平台的延续护理对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者心理状况及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究基于互联网平台的延续护理对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法:选择惠州市中心人民医院妇科2020年6月—2021年3月收治后出院的80例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者为研究对象。并按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组给予基于互联网平台的延续护理。比较两组术后受孕时间、护理前后心理状况、生活质量评分及护理依从性。结果:观察组术后受孕时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组心理状况评分均低于护理前,且观察组HAMA评分及HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组物质生活状态评分、社会功能评分、心理功能评分、躯体功能评分及总得分均高于护理前,且观察组上述各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总依从率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于互联网平台的延续护理可改善卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者心理状况,有利于术后受孕,还可改善患者生活质量并提高护理依从性。Objective:To study the effects of internet platfrom based extended care on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst.Method:A total of 80 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted and discharged from the Gynecology Department of Huizhou Central People's Hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.And according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge instructions,and the observation group was given extended care based on internet platform.The two groups were compared in terms of time to conception after surgery,psychological status,quality of life scores before and after care,and adherence to care.Result:The postoperative conception time of observation group was earlier than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the material life status scores,social function scores,psychological function scores,physical function scores,and total scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extended care based on internet platform can improve the psychological status of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst
