鼻腔负压置换疗法联合布地奈德治疗鼻窦炎患儿的效果及对中耳功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析鼻腔负压置换疗法联合布地奈德治疗鼻窦炎患儿的效果及对中耳功能的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月武汉济和医院收治的90例鼻窦炎患儿。随机将其分为对照组及观察组,各45例。对照组给予布地奈德吸入气雾剂,观察组在对照组基础上使用鼻腔负压置换疗法。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中耳功能、鼻部症状评分及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组鼓膜异常、鼓室导抗图异常发生率均降低,观察组鼓膜异常、鼓室导抗图异常发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏症状评分降低,观察组鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻窦炎患儿采用鼻腔负压置换疗法联合布地奈德治疗可提升效果,改善中耳功能,缓解鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏症状,不增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of nasal cavity negative pressure replacement therapy combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with sinusitis and its influence on middle ear function.Method:A total of 90 children with sinusitis admitted to Wuhan Jihe Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group received Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol,and the observation group received nasal cavity negative pressure replacement therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,middle ear function,nasal symptom score before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of abnormal tympanic membrane and tympanic reactance map decreased in both groups,and the incidence of abnormal tympanic membrane and tympanic reactance map in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose and sneezing symptoms in the two groups were reduced,and the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose and sneezing symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In children with sinusitis,nasal cavity negative pressure replacement therapy combined with Budesonide treatment can improve the effect,improve the middle ear function,relieve nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing symptoms,without increasing adverse reactions.
