摘 要:目的:探讨低剂量联合迭代算法在提高老年患者胸部CT图像质量及降低辐射剂量中的应用价值。方法:选取200例老年患者半年内复查和初诊的两组胸部CT影像。复查采用低剂量方案,用不同迭代算法对同一老年患者的CT图像进行重建,所有初诊的老年患者采用常规剂量。由2名具有丰富经验的放射科技师采用盲法对两组重建的图像进行主观评价。结果:低剂量MBIR图像SNR明显高于低剂量ASIR与低剂量ASIR-V,稍高于常规剂量ASIR,差异具有统计学意义;低剂量MBIR的噪声明显低于低剂量ASIR与低剂量ADIR-V,并且稍低于常规剂量ASIR,差异具有统计学意义。图像主观评分,低剂量MBIR图像明显优于低剂量ASIR与低剂量ASIR-V,稍优于常规剂量ASIR,并且差异具有统计学意义。结论:低剂量联合迭代算法中的MBIR能够显著提高图像SNR,降低图像噪声,并且老年患者胸部在低剂量扫描时采用MBIR图像质量仍然较高。Objective:To explore the application value of low-dose CT combined with iterative algorithm in improving the image quality and reducing the radiation in elderly patients chest CT.Methods:Two groups of chest plain CT images,first examination and re-examination,were collected from 200 elderly patients.The re-examination was performed using a low radiation does plan,and the different iterative reconstruction techniques were used to reconstruct CT images for the same patient,while the first examination of all elderly patients was performed using a conventional dose plan.Two experienced radiologists subjectively evaluated the two groups of reconstructed images with a blind method.Results:The SNR of low-dose MBIR images was significantly higher than those of low-dose ASIR and ASIR-V im-ages,and slightly higher than that of conventional dose ASIR images,and the difference was statistically significant.The noise of low-dose MBIR images was significantly lower than that of low-dose ASIR and ASIR-V images,slightly lower than that of conventional dose ASIR images,and the difference was statistically significant.Subjective image scores of low-dose MBIR images were significantly higher than those of low-dose ASIR and ASIR-V images,slightly higher than that of conventional dose ASIR images,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:MBIR in low dose joint iterative algorithm can significantly improve image SNR and reduce image noise,and the image quality of MBIR with low dose chest scanning is still high in elderly patients.
