口服胃肠超声助显剂协助诊断胃肠疾病的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究口服超声助显剂进行胃肠超声检查在胃肠疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2022年8月至2023年1月收治的胃肠疾病患者30例为病例组,同时选取同期体检的健康志愿者30例为健康组,均行超声造影检查,采用的造影剂为口服速溶胃肠助显剂,并进行胃镜检查以及病理组织检查。计算胃肠超声造影检查对胃肠疾病诊断的效能、对比胃肠疾病患者与健康志愿者患者的胃壁厚度等。结果:胃肠超声造影检查与胃镜检查对胃肠疾病的诊断准确率均较高,且组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),胃肠超声造影检查仅有3例误诊漏诊。病例组的胃壁厚度明显高于健康组的胃壁厚度(P<0.05);病例组中,良性病变患者的胃壁厚度低于恶性病变患者的胃壁厚度(P<0.05);胃肠疾病的超声声像图表现复杂多样,不同疾病的超声声像图特征有所不同。结论:在胃肠疾病诊断中,口服速溶胃肠助显剂进行超声造影检查的诊断准确率高,且操作简单、安全无痛,值得推广应用。Objective:To study the application value of oral ultrasound agent for gastrointestinal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods:30 patients with gastrointestinal diseases admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the case group,and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the healthy group,all of whom underwent ultrasonography and the constrast agent was an oral instant gastrointestinal aid,and gastroscopy and pathological tissue examination were performed,and the efficacy of gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast examination for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases was calculated;and the gastric wall thickness between patients with gastrointestinal diseases and healthy volunteers was compared.Results:Both contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and gastroscopy had high diagnostic accuracy for gastrointestinal diseases,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05),and there were only 3 cases misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in gastrointestinal ultraonography.The gastric wall thickness of the case group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05);and the thickness of the gastric wall in patients with benign lesions was lower than that of malignant patients(P0.05);the ultrasound images of gastrointestinal diseases were complex and varied,and the ultrasound image characteristics of different diseases were different.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases,with oral instant gastrointestinal aid,ultrasonography examination has high diagnostic accuracy,and the operation is simple,safe and painless,which is worthy of promotion and application.
