单组分水性环氧绝缘浸渍涂料的制备及性能

摘　　要：以水性环氧乳液EPICLON H-502-42W与氨基树脂CYMEL323制备了一款可用于电机定子绝缘处理的单组分水性环氧绝缘浸渍涂料,并利用激光粒度仪、热重分析仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪进行表征。实验表明水性环氧乳液EPICLON H-502-42W的平均粒径小且分布均匀,与氨基树脂CYMEL323交联后得到的涂层性能优异:耐热等级B,电气强度27.0 kV/mm,耐中性盐雾时间24 h。该单组分涂料在60°C下存放96 h后的黏度变化率为−4%。A one-component waterborne epoxy insulating impregnation paint suitable for insulation treatment of motor stator was prepared with waterborne epoxy emulsion EPICLON H-502-42W and amino resin CYMEL323,and characterized by using laser particle size analyzer,thermogravimetric analyzer,and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer.The experimental results showed that the average particle size of the waterborne epoxy emulsion EPICLON H-502-42W was small and distributed uniformly,and the coating from the epoxy emulsion crosslinked with the amino resin CYMEL323 had the following properties:heat resistance B-grade,electric strength 27.0 kV/mm,and neutral salt spray resistance 24 hours.The variation of viscosity of the paint was−4%after being stored at 60℃for 96 hours.
