摘 要:电动葫芦安全制动器的磨损是导致其制动性能减弱或失效的主要原因。因此关于安全制动器的磨损问题,提供一种求解的数值方法,通过结合有限元软件Abaqus和Umeshmotion用户子程序,使用子程序中内嵌的Archard磨损模型,在相邻增量步间对制动器有限元模型进行磨损求解运算,并利用ALE自适应网格技术进行网格重绘以实现磨损积累和整个磨损行为的模拟。同时采用变频调速技术和负载坠落试验进行安全制动器的制动试验,并记录了安全制动器制动工况参数和制动衬片的界面摩擦损伤情况,为制动器的数值分析提供依据。结果表明:安全制动器在经过制动磨损后,制动衬片接触区域的实际接触压力和接触面积都发生了极大变化,衬片的磨损情况同试验结果相一致,验证了模型的可靠性,为揭示安全制动器制动过程中的摩擦磨损机理提供一定依据。The wear of the safety brake of electric hoist is the main reason for the weakening or failure of its braking performance.Therefore,a numerical method is provided to solve the wear of safety brake.In this method,by combining the finite element software Abaqus and Umeshmotion user subroutine,the Archard wear model embedded in the subroutine is used to solve the wear of the brake finite element model between adjacent incremental steps,and the ALE adaptive grid technology is used to redraw the grid,so as to simulate the wear accumulation and the whole wear behavior.In addition,the braking test of the safety brake is carried out by using frequency conversion speed regulation technology and load drop test,and the braking condition parameters of the safety brake and the interface friction damage of the brake lining are recorded for numerical analysis of the brake.Results show that the actual contact pressure and contact area of the brake lining have changed greatly after the brake wear,and the wear of the lining is consistent with the experimental results,which proves that the model is reliable and provides a basis for revealing the friction and wear mechanism of the safety brake during braking.
