摘 要:建立32 m跨度钢混组合梁有限元热分析模型,对夏至日24 h日照温度场进行数值仿真分析,研究日照温度场荷载作用下钢混组合梁的应力场及钢主梁与混凝土板间的纵向剪力。结果表明:钢混组合梁日照温差主要分布在混凝土板厚范围内,钢主梁温度在腹板高度方向上的温度梯度较小;混凝土板最大正温差为26.5℃,最大负温差为6.4℃;混凝土最大横向与纵向拉应力分别为2.48、2.96 MPa,超过混凝土设计抗拉强度;跨中纵向剪力很小,纵向剪力沿横向呈反对称分布;端部纵向剪力明显大于跨中,纵向剪力沿横向基本对称分布,腹板位置剪力较大;钢主梁与混凝土板之间的纵向剪力主要分布在梁端附近10 m范围内,沿纵向呈反对称分布,最大剪力区域发生在支座附近。The finite element thermal analysis model was established to numerically simulate the sunshine temperature field of steel-concrete composite girders during the 24 hours of summer solstice,then the stress field and longitudinal shear force between steel girder and concrete slab of steel-concrete composite girder under sunshine temperature field load were studied.The results show that the sunshine temperature difference of steel-concrete composite girder is mainly distributed in the range of concrete slab,and the temperature gradient of steel girder in the height direction of web is small.The maximum positive temperature difference of concrete slab is 26.5℃,and the maximum negative temperature difference of concrete slab is 6.4℃.The maximum transverse and longitudinal tensile stresses of concrete are 2.48 MPa and 2.96 MPa,respectively,exceeding the designed tensile strength of concrete.The longitudinal shear force between the steel girder and the concrete slab at the mid-span is very small and the longitudinal shear force is anti-symmetrically distributed along the transverse direction.The longitudinal shear force at the girder end is significantly greater than that at the mid-span.The longitudinal shear force is basically symmetrically distributed along the transverse direction,and the shear force at the web position is larger.The longitudinal shear force is mainly distributed in the range of 10 m near the end of the girder and is anti-symmetrically distributed along the longitudinal direction.The maximum shear force occurs near the bearing.
