摘 要:我国在新建铁路中建造了一些预制混凝土节段胶拼梁桥,多为48、56、64 m简支箱梁结构形式。通过48 m预制混凝土节段胶拼简支箱梁的静动载试验,对节段胶拼简支梁结构的受力性能进行研究。结果表明:梁体实际竖向抗弯刚度大于设计刚度,抗裂性能满足规范要求;梁体跨中截面和胶接缝截面的应变变化符合平截面关系;梁体实测竖向自振频率、阻尼比、竖向动挠度、动力系数、桥面板竖向加速度和支座横向位移均满足规范和设计要求;48 m节段胶拼梁的动力性能满足25T型客车以速度140 km/h和23 t轴重货物列车以速度120 km/h运行时相关验收标准的要求。通过在桥面施加均布荷载的方式可以实现节段拼装简支箱梁的静载试验。Some precast concrete segmental glued girder bridges have been built in new railways in China,mostly with 48,56,and 64 m simply supported box girder structures.Through the static and dynamic load tests of a 48 m precast concrete segmental glued simply supported box girder,the mechanical properties of segmental glued simply supported girder structure was studied.The results show that the actual vertical bending stiffness of the girder is greater than the design stiffness,and the crack resistance meets the specification requirements.The strain variations at the mid-span section and the glued joint section are in accordance with the plane section relationship.The measured vertical natural frequency,damping ratio,vertical dynamic deflection,dynamic coefficient,vertical acceleration of the bridge deck and transverse displacement of bearing meet the requirements of specifications and design.The dynamic performance of the 48 m segmental glued girder meets the requirements of standards for acceptance when 25T passenger trains run at 140 km/h and 23 t axle load freight trains run at 120 km/h.The static load test of segmental simply supported box girder can be realized by applying uniform load on the bridge deck.The research results may provide reference for the design and test of precast concrete assembling simple supported girders.
