摘 要:采用增大截面法对桥面板受损的32 m跨度双线简支箱梁进行整治。为检验整治后桥梁整体的受力性能,对梁体开展了静载试验、动载试验和有限元计算分析。静载试验结果表明,箱梁跨中挠度和应变均与加载荷载成线性关系,梁体结构处于弹性受力状态,竖向刚度、应变满足设计和铁路运营要求。动载试验结果表明,简支箱梁各动力性能均能满足动车组运营要求。箱梁桥面板损伤整治后经综合检定评估,梁体的静动力性能满足在运营荷载作用下的正常使用要求。A 32 m double-line simply supported box girder with damaged bridge deck was strengthened by enlarging section method.In order to test the static and dynamic mechanical properties of the whole bridge after the damaged bridge deck was repaired,the whole static load test,dynamic load test and finite element calculation analysis of the bridge deck were carried out.The static load test results show that the mid-span deflection and strain of the box girder are linear with the loading load,and the girder structure is in an elastic state,and the vertical stiffness and strain meet the design and operation requirements.The dynamic load test results show that each dynamic performance of simply supported box girder can meet the operation requirements of electric multiple units.After the damage treatment of box girder bridge deck,the static and dynamic performance of the girder can meet the normal use requirements under the operation load through comprehensive verification and evaluation.
