摘 要:以成都一轨道交通项目下方明挖隧道为背景,采用ABAQUS软件建立了明挖回填的机-土耦合三维有限元模型,分析了在不同振动碾压车速以及强弱振作用下填筑体以及衬砌的位移响应特征。结果表明:在振动碾压的过程中,位移以及加速度场都呈枣核形传播规律;整体上,位移随着水平距离的增加呈现出减小的趋势,车速为4.5 km/h时对填筑体表面的影响作用较为明显;垂直方向上的位移随着车速改变所产生的变化并不是恒定的,但是相比于弱振,强振对位移造成的影响作用始终是比较明显的;对于衬砌而言,在水平方向0~12 m内位移随速度增加呈现出递减的趋势,而在38~50 m内呈现出位移随速度增加而递增的趋势,并且拱顶处的位移是大于两侧拱腰的,左侧拱腰与右侧拱腰的位移基本接近;当车速为3.0 km/h时,碾压过程对衬砌造成的影响是比较小的。Taking the open cut tunnel under a Chengdu rail transit project as the background,a three-dimensional finite element model of machine soil coupling for open cut backfilling was established using ABAQUS software.The displacement response characteristics of the filling body and lining were analyzed under different vibration rolling speeds and strong and weak vibration effects.The results show that during the process of vibration compaction,the displacement and acceleration fields exhibit a jujube shaped propagation pattern.Overall,the displacement shows a decreasing trend with the increase of horizontal distance,and the impact on the surface of the filling body is more obvious when the vehicle speed is 4.5 km/h.The displacement in the vertical direction is not constant with the change of vehicle speed,however the impact of strong vibration on displacement is always more significant compared to weak vibration.For the lining,the displacement shows a decreasing trend with the increase of velocity between 0 and 12 meters in the horizontal direction,while between 38 and 50 meters,the displacement shows an increasing trend with the increase of velocity.The displacement at the arch crown is greater than that at the two sides of the arch waist,and the displacement values of the left and right arch waist are basically similar.When the vehicle speed is 3 km/h,the impact of the rolling process on the lining is relatively small.
