摘 要:为改善快硬磷酸镁水泥的抗冻性,分别掺入26%、30%、34%、38%、42%硫铝酸盐水泥替代过烧氧化镁,制得磷酸镁水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥复合胶凝材料砂浆试样。对冻融循环前后砂浆试样进行了质量损失率测试、抗压强度试验、抗折强度试验、孔隙率测试、扫描电子显微镜观察与能谱分析。结果表明:硫铝酸盐水泥掺量38%、冻融循环100次的砂浆试样质量损失率最小,密实度最大,孔隙率最小;硫铝酸盐水泥掺量34%、冻融循环100次的砂浆试样抗压强度和抗折强度均高于其他试样;掺入硫铝酸盐水泥后水化产物呈颗粒状,试样结构更致密,抗冻性能显著提升。In order to improve the frost resistance of fast hardening magnesium phosphate cement,26%,30%,34%,38%and 42%sulphoaluminate cement were added to replace the burnt magnesium oxide respectively,and the magnesium phosphate cement-sulphoaluminate cement composite cementitious material mortar samples were prepared.Quality loss rate test,compressive strength test,flexural strength test,porosity test,scanning electron microscopy observation and energy spectrum analysis were conducted on mortar samples before and after freeze-thaw cycles.The results show that the mortar sample with 38%of sulphoaluminate cement and 100 freeze-thaw cycles has the smallest mass loss rate,the largest compactness and the smallest porosity.The compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar samples with 34%of sulphoaluminate cement and 100 freeze-thaw cycles are higher than those of other samples.The hydration product is granular after adding sulphoaluminate cement,the sample structure is more compact,and the frost resistance is significantly improved.
