“双碳”目标下绿色信贷对商业银行效益的影响——基于10家上市银行的面板数据

摘　　要：在国家“双碳”目标的大背景下,绿色发展成为经济社会高质量发展的重要主题。绿色信贷是绿色金融体系中的主要构成部分,其实施有助于推动“双碳”目标的实现。选取10家上市银行2012—2021年的数据,使用净资产收益率作为衡量商业银行收益水平的指标,通过固定效应模型分析我国现阶段商业银行绿色信贷对其效益的影响,结果发现:我国商业银行的绿色信贷规模与其效益之间存在一定的负相关,反映出当前绿色信贷会在一定程度上对商业银行的效益造成不利影响。基于此,提出相关对策:商业银行需要完善绿色信贷产品体系,加快低碳转型金融产品创新,并注意防范“洗绿”风险;在商业银行保质保量发展绿色信贷的同时,政府及相关监管部门也要加大对绿色信贷的扶持力度,推动我国经济社会绿色低碳发展。Against the background of the national“double carbon”goal,green development has become an important theme for high-quality economic and social development.Green credit is a major component of the green financial system,which helps to promote the realization of the“double carbon”goal.By selecting the data of 10 listed banks from 2012 to 2021,using the return on equity as an indicator to measure the profitability of commercial banks,and a fixed effect model to analyze the impact of the development of green credit in China’s current commercial banks on their benefits,it is found that there is a certain negative correlation between the scale of green credit in China’s commercial banks and their returns,which reflects that the current development of green credit will,to a certain extent,has a negative impact on the earnings of commercial banks.Based on this,relevant countermeasures are proposed.Commercial banks need to improve the green credit product system,strengthen carbon finance product innovation,and pay attention to preventing“green washing”risks.While developing green credit with quality and quantity guaranteed,it’s necessary for the government and relevant departments to give more support to green credit,so as to promote the green and low-carbon economic and social development.
