摘　　要：为加强新一代信息技术在有线电视网络中的开发和应用,积极推动网络IP化、云化、智慧化、融合化升级,大力发展新技术、新模式、新业态,实现视听融合业务的全支撑。根据有线电视视听业务发展需要和特点,结合目前已有广电视听平台的现状,从系统架构、平台方案、业务功能探讨IP化视听融合平台的技术实现。In order to strengthen the development and application of the new generation of information technology in the cable TV network,actively promote the upgrading of IP,cloud,intelligence and integration of the network,vigorously develop new technologies,new models,and new formats,and realize the full support of audio-visual integration services.According to the development needs and characteristics of cable television audio-visual business,combined with the current status of the existing radio and television audio-visual platforms,this paper discusses the technical realization of IP-based audio-visual integration platform from the perspective of system architecture,platform solutions,and business functions.
