摘 要:建筑垃圾再生料采用移动式破碎设备集中生产,保证了出厂材料的质量,且提高了建筑垃圾的利用率,降低了工程造价。不同比例的建筑垃圾再生粒料,经破碎、筛分、除铁、细碎等工序后按一定级配形成再生混合料作为路基填料,替代了级配碎石技术,并成功应用于西安绕城高速路面基层、底基层集料施工中。建筑垃圾再生料路基基床填筑成型后,形成密实的嵌锁结构,在路基基层混合料中配入60%的建筑垃圾再生骨料,当水泥用量达到5%时,材料的强度性能能满足基层承载性能要求。The construction waste recycled material is centrally produced by mobile crushing equipment,which en-sures the quality of the materials,improves the utilization rate of construction waste,and reduces the project cost.Different proportions of construction waste recycled granules,after crushing,screening,iron removal,fine crushing and other processes,are formed according to a certain gradation of recycled mixture as subgrade fillers,which re-places the graded gravel technology and is successfully applied to the construction of the base layer and bottom base layer aggregates of the Xi′an Ring Expressway.After the construction waste recycled subgrade bed is filled and formed,a dense embedded lock structure is formed,and 60%of the construction waste recycled aggregate is mixed in the subgrade base layer,and when the cement dosage reaches 5%,the strength performance of the material can meet the requirements for the bearing performance of the base layer.
