摘 要:目前,电场抑垢研究兴趣集中于电场对碳酸钙晶体形貌的改变,电场对已成垢的颗粒是否有抑垢作用鲜有研究。针对电场颗粒污垢抑垢机理不明的问题,提出非匀强电场颗粒物污垢抑垢模型,解释了电场对流体管道内污垢颗粒存在抑垢作用。研究结果表明:当电场、频率、颗粒质量一定的条件下,匀强电场并不会使颗粒产生抑垢作用,颗粒污垢在非匀强电场受到介电泳力,改变原本运动轨迹,达到抑垢的效果;随着电场强度升高,碳酸钙颗粒、硫酸钙颗粒、碳酸镁颗粒受到的介电泳力逐渐升高;电场强度对多种污垢颗粒产生的介电泳力,是影响抑垢效果的关键因素。At present,the research interest of electric field scale inhibition focuses on the change of calcium carbonate crystal morphology caused by electric field,while there is little research on whether electric field has scale inhibition effect on particles that have already formed scales.Aiming at the unclear mechanism of particle fouling inhibition in electric field,a model of particle fouling inhibition in non-uniform electric field was proposed,which explained the scale inhibition effect of electric field on particles in fluid pipelines.The research results show these as follows.When the electric field,frequency,and particle mass are constant,a uniform electric field does not cause particles to have a scale inhibition effect.Particle fouling is subjected to dielectric electrophoretic forces in a non-uniform electric field,changing its original motion trajectory,and achieving a scale inhibition effect.As the electric field strength increases,the dielectric electrophoretic force on calcium carbonate particles,calcium sulfate particles,and magnesium carbonate particles gradually increases.The dielectric electrophoretic force generated by electric field intensity on various dirt particles is a key factor affecting the scale inhibition effect.
