摘 要:同步降压DC/DC变换器以其高效稳定的优点被广泛应用于低压、大电流的场合,其功率损耗主要包括电感损耗、功率开关管损耗、同步整流管损耗、电容损耗和控制器损耗。文中对各部分损耗的原因进行详细分析并给出计算公式,其次,搭建实验电路验证理论计算的正确性;最后,计算出不同输出条件下的各部分损耗,根据损耗占比情况优化元器件选型,合理选择变换器的工作模式。Synchronous buck DC/DC converter is widely used in low voltage and heavy current occasions due to its high efficiency and stability.The power loss of the converter mainly includes inductance loss,power switching tube loss,synchronous rectifier bube loss,capacitance loss and controller loss.A detailed analysis on the causes of losses in each part is conducted,and the calculation formulas are provided.The experimental circuit was built to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation.The loss of each part under different output conditions is figured out,and the component selection is optimized according to the ratio of loss,so as to reasonably select the working mode of the converter.
