摘  要:电源线瞬变尖峰是由感性负载通断引起的干扰信号,在系统平台状态切换与设备通断过程中产生的时域尖峰信号如果不加控制,将造成平台其他设备性能降低或功能丧失,甚至物理损坏。针对平台操控产生的开关瞬态尖峰信号传导干扰发射链路驱动放大器故障,分析其干扰路径,分别阐述共电网传导干扰原理和共地耦合干扰机理;然后,采用高频滤波技术滤除尖峰信号包含的高频分量,并基于接地技术增加地环路阻抗,利用隔离电源模块同时切断共地耦合及电网传导回路。试验结果表明:当地回路注入干扰信号幅度达到12.4 V或-4.1 V时,非隔离电源状态下驱动放大器失效,与平台故障现象一致;隔离电源状态下,即使地回路注入干扰信号幅度达到±36 V,驱动放大器仍工作正常。当设备A壳体注入干扰信号时,未采取防护措施的测试件出现故障,与平台故障现象一致,而采取防护措施的测试件工作正常。Power line transient spike is the interference signal caused by inductive load on⁃off.If the time domain spike signals generated during the process of system platform status switch and equipment power on⁃off are not controlled,the performance of other devices on the platform may be degraded,or functions may be lost,or even physical damage may occur.In allusion to the emission link drive amplifier fault caused by the conduction interference of on⁃off transient spike signal generated by platform operation and control,the interference path is analyzed,and the principles of common⁃grid conduction interference and the mechanism of common⁃ground coupling interference are explained respectively.Then the high⁃frequency filtering technology is used to filter out the high⁃frequency components contained in the spike signals,the ground⁃loop impedance is increased based on the grounding technology,and the isolation power module is used to cut off the common⁃ground coupling loop and the power grid conduction loop at the same time.The testing results show that when the amplitude of the interference signal injected into the local circuit can reach 12.4 V or⁃4.1 V,the driving amplifier loses efficacy in the non⁃isolated power supply state,which is consistent with the phenomenon of platform fault;under the isolated power supply state,the drive amplifier still operates normally even when the amplitude of the interference signal injected into the ground circuit can reach±36 V.When the interference signal is injected into the shell of equipment A,the equipment under test(EUT)without protective measures are faulty,which is consistent with the fault phenomenon of the platform,but the EUT with protective measures can work normally.
