摘  要:逆变器是一种能把直流电源转变成定频定压或调频调压交流电源的转换器,广泛应用于家用电器设备、照明、电动工具等方面。文中设计一种基于STM32的纯正弦波逆变器,并分析用于系统控制部分的正弦脉冲宽度调制(SPWM)技术。基于STM32平台进行硬件电路设计及软件调试与验证;然后,探讨米勒电容对高压场效应管的安全影响及其解决方法,并计算逆变器LC滤波器参数,进行逆变器的保护电路及软件程序的设计。逆变器的调试试验结果表明,在三种不同负载情况下,逆变器电源的输出波形失真度小于2%,逆变器效率大于91%,能够得到较理想的输出波形,验证了所提方法的有效性。Inverter is a kind of converter that can convert DC power supply into AC power supply with constant frequency,constant voltage or frequency and voltage regulation.It is widely used in household appliances,lighting,electric tools and otherways.A pure sine wave inverter based on STM32 is designed and the sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)technology used for the system control is analyzed.The hardware circuit design based on STM32 platform,software debugging and verification are conducted.The safety impact of Miller capacitors on high⁃voltage field⁃effect transistors and its solutions are explored.The LC filter parameters of the inverter are calculated.The protection circuit and software program of the inverter are designed.The debugging test results of the inverter show that,under three different load conditions,the output waveform distortion of the inverter power supply is less than 2%,and the inverter efficiency is greater than 91%,which can obtain ideal output waveforms,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
