摘  要:本文基于DDAM法建立某型套筒式液压联轴器抗冲击数值模型,通过对不同冲击载荷下主要部件的抗冲击响应分析,完成了液压联轴器的抗冲击性能评估。在此基础上,开展液压联轴器抗冲击性能影响因素研究,分析联轴器相对布置位置、轴段长径比、轴段与联轴器重量比以及轴段端面约束方式对液压联轴器抗冲击性能的影响规律。通过正交实验,分析了上述4种因素对液压联轴器抗冲击性能的影响程度。研究结果表明,垂向冲击载荷作用下液压联轴器各部件产生的冲击响应最大。在不同方向冲击载荷作用下内套产生的冲击应力最大,表明内套是液压联轴器抗冲击性能最敏感部件。相比于固定约束边界条件,通过弹簧模拟油膜刚度的轴段端面约束边界条件将导致液压联轴器应力增大。此外,连接轴段重量和液压联轴器相对布置位置对其冲击应力计算结果影响明显,整体质量越大、液压联轴器布置越靠近两轴段中间位置将使得冲击应力值增大。In this paper,the impact resistance numerical model of a sleeve hydraulic coupling is established based on DDAM method.And the impact resistance performance is evaluated by analyzing the impact response of main components under different impact loads.What's more,the influencing factors of the impact resistance of the hydraulic coupling are studied,including the relative arrangement position,the length diameter ratio,the weight ratio of the shaft section to the coupling and the connection mode of the end face of the shaft section.Furthermore,the influence of the above factors on the impact resistance of hydraulic coupling is analyzed through orthogonal experiment.The results show that the impact response of the components is the largest under the vertical impact load.The impact stress of the inner sleeve is the largest,which shows that the inner sleeve is the most sensitive part of the hydraulic coupling.Compared with the fixed constraint boundary condition,the end face constraint boundary condition of the shaft segment,which simulates the oil film stiffness through the spring,will lead to an increase in the stress of the hydraulic coupling.In addition,the weight of the connecting shaft segment and the relative location of the hydraulic coupling have a significant impact on the calculation results of the impact stress.The larger the overall mass is,the closer the location of the hydraulic coupling is to the middle of the two shaft segments,the greater the impact stress value will be.
