摘  要:以单支点可倾瓦推力轴承为研究对象,基于流体动压润滑原理,建立推力轴承油膜的几何模型,采用计算流体力学的方法分析轴系非倾斜和轴系倾斜2种状态下推力轴承油膜的静动特性。通过Fluent仿真计算得到油膜表面的压强分布以及油膜提供给推力环的承载力,将计算结果处理后得到了转速-刚度表和转速-阻尼表。结果表明:轴系倾斜对油膜所产生的承载力的影响较小,但会导致不同瓦块所受的载荷大小不一,造成不同瓦块之间的性能差异;推力轴转速的变化对油膜刚度系数的影响较大,对油膜阻尼系数的影响较小;在转速不变的情况下,轴系倾斜时油膜所产生的刚度系数和阻尼系数大于非倾斜时的刚度系数和阻尼系数。Taking the single fulcrum tilting pad thrust bearing as the research object,based on the principle of hydrodynamic pressure lubrication,the geometric model of the thrust bearing oil film is established.The static and dynamic characteristics of the oil film of the thrust bearing in the non-inclined state and the inclined state of the shafting are analyzed by the method of computational fluid dynamics.The pressure distribution on the surface of the oil film and the bearing capacity provided by the oil film to the thrust ring are obtained through the simulation calculation of Fluent.After processing the calculation results,the speed-stiffness table and the speed-damping table are obtained.The results show that the shaft system inclination has litle effect on the bearing capacity of the oil film,but it will lead to different loads on different pads,resulting in different performances between different pads.The change of the rotational speed of the thrust shaft has a great influence on the stiffness coefficient of the oil film,but little on the damping coefficient of the oil film.Under the condition of constant rotation speed,the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the oil film when the shafting is inclined are larger than those of the oil film when the shafting is not inclined.
