摘 要:以船用燃气轮机转子系统振动抑制为研究背景,对抑振用转子吸振器的安装位置与抑振性能间的关系进行研究。结合有限元法及拉格朗日方程对吸振器-转子耦合系统进行建模,并采用数值优化方法对转子吸振器进行参数优化求解,探讨安装位置与最优吸振器参数及抑振性能的关系。吸振器安装在振幅最大位置时最优放大率可达0.42,远高于同质量比的其他安装位置。该位置的吸振器刚度偏离最优值时,最大放大率变化量仅为0.24,低于其他安装位置;支承刚度变化时,吸振器放大率的变动值低于0.1%。可得结论:当目标抑振位置不能安装吸振器时,除目标抑振位置外振幅最大位置为最优安装位置,该位置的吸振器抑振性能对参数最优偏离的敏感性最为迟钝;支承刚度差异对抑振性能的影响甚微。Taking the vibration suppression of a marine gas turbine rotor system as the research background,the relationship between the installation position of the rotor vibration absorber for vibration suppression and the vibration suppression performance was studied.The vibration absorber-rotor coupling system is modeled by finite element method and Lagrange equation,the numerical optimization method is used to optimize the parameters of the rotor absorber,the relationship between the installation position and the optimal vibration absorber parameters and vibration suppression performance is discussed.When the absorber is installed at the position with the maximum amplitude,the optimal magnification can reach 0.42,which is much higher than other installation positions with the same mass ratio,when the stiffness of the absorber at this position deviates from the optimal value,the maximum magnification change is only 0.24,which is lower than other installation positions.When the support stiffness changes,the magnification of the vibrator changes less than 0.1%.The conclusion can be obtained:When the target vibration suppression position cannot be installed,the position with the maximum amplitude except the target vibration suppression position is the optimal installation position,the vibration suppression performance of the absorber at this position is insensitive to the optimal deviation of the parameters.The difference of support stiffness has little effect on vibration suppression performance.
