摘  要:随着城市轨道交通建设的高速发展,地铁盾构施工难免出现叠交情况,而软土地层地铁盾构小净距上跨既有隧道在施工组织过程中的应用成果相对较少。以天津地铁6号线二期工程出入段线隧道上跨海河教育园区站-南开大学津南校区站区间既有隧道为背景,系统阐述了深孔注浆、随行支撑台车、自动化监测系统、控制盾构掘进参数等关键技术,该技术的实际应用取得良好实践效果,相关经验可供类似工程参考。With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction,it is inevitable that the metro shield construction will overlap,but there are relatively few application achievements in the construction organization process of the metro shield construction with small clear distance overcrossing the existing tunnels in soft soil stratum.Taking the existing tunnel in the section between the entrance and exit section tunnel of the phase II project of Tianjin metro line 6 and the section between the Haihe education park station and the Jinnan campus station of Nankai university as the background,the key technologies such as deep-hole grouting,traveling support trolley,automatic monitoring system,and control of shield tunneling parameters and so on are elaborated.The practical application of this technology has achieved good practical results,and the relevant experience can be used as the reference for similar projects.
