摘　　要：共产主义劳动大学是新中国教育史上具有特殊形式、特殊意义、特殊地位的学校。共大在建校、办学过程中,形成了具有鲜明精神特质、深远历史意义和重要时代价值的共大精神。共大精神是在贯彻毛泽东教育思想、探索社会主义教育发展道路、破解时局之下教育发展困境的过程中孕育生成的,其特质主要表现为:有理想、守信念;不怕苦、敢闯试;爱劳动、勤耕读;向社会、为人民。共大精神具有中国共产党人精神谱系的红色基因,在继承革命传统、办好社会主义教育、服务乡村振兴等方面具有重要的时代价值。Communist Labor University is one of higher institutions with special form,special significance and special status in the history of higher education in New China.In the process of founding,running and promoting the university,the spirit of Communist Labor University with distinctive spiritual qualities,profound historical significance and important contemporary values had been formed.The spirit of Communist Labor University was nurtured in the process of implementing Mao Zedong s educational thought,exploring the road of socialist education development,and solving the practical difficulties and contradictions in running university,and its characteristics were mainly manifested as follows:having ideals and keeping faith;not being afraid of hardships and daring to try;loving labor and studying diligently;and serving the society and the people.The spirit of the Communist Labor University owns the red gene of the source of inspiration of the Communist Party of China,which has an important value in terms of inheriting its revolutionary tradition,conducting socialist education and serving rural revitalization in the new period.
