摘 要:农村贫困大学生的就业是体现教育公平的重要指标,但以往研究成果呈现出碎片化的特征。基于此,文章从社会资本、人力资本及文化资本三个维度,对农村贫困大学生就业过程中资本的获得和运用的相关研究成果进行了全面系统的梳理和分析。研究表明农村贫困大学生的就业资本存量低,就业资本转换及动员能力相对较弱,同时存在将底层文化资本进行过度理想化解读的风险。因此,研究指出化解农村贫困大学生就业的劣势及不平等,需要政府、高校及市场等多元主体的联动,通过精准就业政策制定、动态数据监管及成长小组引导等多种方式予以支持。The employment of poverty-stricken college students from rural areas is an important indicator of education equity.However,the previous research results present fragmented and superficial features.On such a basis,this paper,from three dimensions of social capital,human capital and cultural capital,comprehensively and systematically sorts out and analyzes the acquisition and application of employment capital in the employment process of poverty-stricken college students from rural areas.The research finds that poverty-stricken college students from rural areas have a low employment capital stock and a weak employment capital mobilization ability.Meanwhile,there is a risk of excessive interpretation of the realistic effect of bottom cultural capital in a romantic manner.Thus,the research points out that in order to resolve the disadvantages and inequities of poverty-stricken college students from rural areas in employment,it is necessary to link the multiple subjects such as the government,universities,and the market,which give the students support through precision employment policy,dynamic data governance,and growth group.
