摘　　要：为解决包装粮出库装车问题,研制出包装粮装车码垛系统,该系统由带式输送集成系统、机械码垛集成系统、PLC程序控制系统组成。通过对各集成系统的组织架构试验以及实际应用发现,该系统具有操作简单、码垛效率高、码垛整齐安全等优点,并能实现包装粮出仓时现场无人值守和操作远程控制,大大改善了在特殊环境下工作的条件,可提高工作效率、降低企业成本、减少工作人员和依靠人力操作等,可在仓储和其他特殊工作环境的企业进行全面推广。In order to solve the problem of packaging grain delivery and loading,a packaging grain loading and stacking system is developed,which is composed of belt conveyor integrated system,mechanical stacking integrated system and PLC program control system.Through the organizational structure test and practical application of each integrated system,it is known that the system has the advantages of simple operation,high stacking efficiency,neat and safe stacking,etc,and can achieve the on-site unattended and remote control of the operation when the packaged grain is discharged from the warehouse,greatly improving the working conditions in the special environment,improving the working efficiency,reducing enterprise costs,reducing staff and relying on human operation,etc.,which can be comprehensively promoted in the warehouse and other enterprises with special working environment.
