摘  要:临期食品的处置关乎我国食品行业的健康发展,仅凭借市场自发调节功能解决该问题,必然会面临效果甚微或者直接失灵的局面。在此背景下,本文基于ERP系统对临期食品的管理模式进行创新研究,并从政府、企业和个人三方面提出有针对性的建议,以优化临期食品的处理方式,规范临期食品市场,促进临期食品销售,进一步弘扬中华民族勤俭节约的传统美德,为建设资源友好型社会建言献策。The disposal of near-expired food is related to the healthy development of China’s food industry,and solving the problem by the market’s spontaneous regulation function alone is bound to face little effect or direct failure.In this context,this paper makes an innovative investigation into the management mode of near-expired food based on ERP system,and proposes targeted suggestions from the government,enterprises and individuals to optimize the disposal of nearexpired food,regulate the market of near-expired food,promote the sale of near-expired food,carry forward the traditional virtue of diligence and frugality of the Chinese nation,and offer suggestions for building a resource-friendly society.
