摘  要:目的:建立了反相高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)测定全反式维生素A含量,采用碘试液反应生成的全反式维生素A棕榈酸酯及其异构体在本方法条件下分离度为1.62,检测方法专属性好。方法:本方法前处理简单,利用涡旋振荡器提取目标成分,再利用反相HPLC进行反式维生素A的定量测定。结果:适用于全反式维生素A及其异构体的快速分离检测。结论:对主要含维生素A棕榈酸酯的食品原料及其制剂中该成分的含量检测具有指导性作用。Objective:A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of all trans vitamin A.Under the conditions of this method,the resolution of all trans vitamin A palmitate and its isomers produced by the reaction of iodine test solution was 1.62,and the specificity of the method was good.Method:The method was simple in pretreatment.The target components were extracted by vortex oscillator,and then the quantitative determination of trans vitamin A was carried out by reversed-phase HPLC.Result:It is suitable for the rapid separation and detection of all trans vitamin A and its isomers.Conclusion:It is instructive for the content determination of vitamin A palmitate in food raw materials and preparations.
