摘  要:为了进一步探讨蚧总科线粒体基因组特征和胸喙亚目内部的系统发育关系。基于二代高通量测序(NGS)获得了白蜡蚧部分线粒体基因组,并进行生物信息学分析;同时,基于5总科12种半翅目昆虫6个线粒体蛋白编码基因序列运用最大似然法重建了胸喙亚目系统发育树。结果表明:白蜡蚧和咖啡黑盔蚧的线粒体基因组有较高的相似性;系统发育树显示胸喙亚目内部4个总科间的进化关系为(蚧总科Coccoidea+蚜总科Aphidoidea)+(粉虱总科Aleyrodoidea+木虱总科Psylloidea)。This study aims to explore the mitochondrial genome(mitogenome)characteristics of the superfamily Coccoidea and phylogenetic relationships within the suborder Sternorrhyncha.Partial mitogenomes of Ericerus pela were obtained using next-generation sequencing(NGS).The bioinformatics analysis was also performed.Meanwhile,a phylogenetic tree of Sternorrhyncha was reconstructed using the maximum likelihood method,according to the sequences of six protein-coding genes of 12 species of Hemiptera in five superfamilies.The results showed that the mitogenomes of E.pela and Saissetia coffeae shared the high similarity.The phylogenetic tree indicated that the evolutionary relationships were(Coccoidea+Aphidoidea)+(Aleyrodoidea+Psylloidea)among the four superfamilies within Sternorrhyncha.
