摘  要:使用MMS-200热模拟实验机研究V-N微合金钢Q550D的静态再结晶行为,获得了其真应力-真应变曲线,同时分析了不同工艺参数对其静态再结晶过程的影响.结果表明:随着变形温度、道次间隔时间、应变量和应变速率的增加,实验钢静态软化率升高.根据实验结果计算得到该钢的静态再结晶激活能为389.4 kJ/mol,回归了静态再结晶动力学模型.The static recrystallization behaviors of V-N microalloyed steel Q550D were studied by double⁃pass compressive test on MMS⁃200 thermal⁃mechanical simulator.The true stress⁃true strain curves were obtained,meanwhile,the influence of different process parameters on the static recrystallization behaviors was analyzed.It was found that the softening ratio of Q550D increases with the increase in temperature,interval time,deformation degree,and strain rate.Besides,the static recrystallization activation energy of the steel was calculated to be 389.4 kJ/mol according to the experimental results,and the static recrystallization dynamics model was established.
