摘  要:针对煤矸石长期堆存不仅危害生态环境安全,还造成能源浪费的问题,利用正交实验研究了脱碳温度、脱碳时间、气体流量、CO_(2)体积分数4个因素对煤矸石脱碳率的影响.结果表明:脱碳温度对煤矸石脱碳影响高度显著;脱碳时间的增加可以在一定程度上促进煤矸石脱碳;CO_(2)体积分数和气体流量对煤矸石脱碳的影响较小.煤矸石脱碳的最佳实验条件为脱碳温度1 100℃、CO_(2)体积分数80%、脱碳时间90 min、气体流量9 L/min,此时煤矸石脱碳率达到96.68%.In response to the problem of long-term storage of coal gangue,which not only endangers ecological environment security but also causes energy waste,the effects of decarbonization temperature,decarbonization time,gas flow rate,and CO_(2) volume fraction on the decarbonization rate of coal gangue have been investigated.The results indicate that the decarbonization temperature plays a significant impact on the decarbonization of coal gangue.Besides,the increasing decarbonization time can promote the decarbonization of coal gangue to a certain extent.It is also found that the influence of CO_(2) volume fraction and gas flow rate on coal gangue decarbonization is small.The optimal experimental conditions for coal gangue decarburization are decarburization temperature 1100℃,CO_(2) volume fraction 80%,decarburization time 90 min,and gas flow rate 9 L/min,in which case the decarburization rate reaches 96.68%.
