摘 要:传统CLLC变换器的对称式谐振参数由于光伏储能系统两侧电压和负载特性不同,使得双向工作时频率范围不重合从而产生不必要的额外损耗。为解决对称设计中的问题,提出一种非对称参数设计方法,将两侧参数分别设计使得两侧增益范围不相同,提高了效率。同时为解决非对称式设计参数多、计算困难的问题,设计一种迭代式参数整定方法,使参数能够在有效范围内取到最优值。这种设计既可以降低高频充电造成的额外开关损耗,也可以减轻电池放电时的额外导通损耗,同时有效简化了参数计算的复杂度。仿真与实验的结果均证明了设计的有效性。Due to the different voltage and load characteristics on both sides of a photovoltaic energy-storage system,the symmetrical resonance parameters of the traditional CLLC converter will not make the frequency ranges overlap dur⁃ing bidirectional operation,thus resulting in unnecessary additional losses.To solve the problems in symmetrical de⁃sign,an asymmetrical parameter design method is proposed,in which the parameters on both sides are designed sepa⁃rately.In this way,the gain ranges on both sides are different,thereby improving the efficiency.At the same time,to solve the problem that the asymmetric design has too many parameters and the calculation is difficult,an iterative pa⁃rameter tuning method is designed,so that the parameters can be optimized within an effective range.This design can not only reduce the extra switching loss caused by high-frequency charging,but also reduce the extra conduction loss when the battery is discharged.Meanwhile,the complexity of parameter calculation is effectively simplified.Both the simulation and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the novel design.
