摘 要:为了研究环形槽对诱导轮空化性能的影响,以带环形槽的诱导轮为研究对象,采用Standard k-e湍流模型和Schnerr-Sauer空化模型开展仿真计算,并进行了相似工况下的可视化试验。结果表明,安装环形槽后,诱导轮的扬程略有降低,但旋转空化现象消失,并且在更低的空化数条件下诱导轮的扬程基本保持稳定。环形槽通过增强诱导轮的叶尖回流,改变了诱导轮入口的流场结构和压力分布,使流场中的低压区向诱导轮流道中部和槽体后缘转移,从而改变了气穴区初生的位置,也抑制了旋转空化现象。受离心力作用,气穴区向环形槽流道发展,推迟了诱导轮流道的堵塞时间。In order to study the effect of annular groove on the cavitation performance of an inducer,the inducer with annular groove is taken as the research object,simulation calculation is carried out based on the Standard k-e turbulence model and Schnerr-Sauer cavitation model,and visual experiment under similar working conditions is conducted.The results show that the head of the inducer decreases slightly after installing the groove,but the rotating cavitation phenomenon disappears,and the head of the inducer basically remains stable at a lower cavitation number.The annular groove changes the flow field structure and the pressure distribution at the inlet of inducer by enhancing the tip return flow,so that the low pressure area in flow field transfers to the middle of the inducer channel and the trailing edge of the groove,thus changing the initial position of the cavitation area,and also inhibiting the rotary cavitation phenomenon.Under the action of centrifugal force,the cavitation area develops into annular groove channel,which delays the blockage time of the inducer channel.
